Need to return a product?
We offer a 14 day return policy in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase. The 14 days policy starts from the day your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Proof of Postage: To be eligible for a refund, you must obtain and provide proof of postage dated no later than 14 days after your original delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and securely wrapped.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returns or exchanges.
Bespoke products and spectacle lenses are exempt from returns.
