Need to return a product? 

We offer a 14 day return policy in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase. The 14 days policy starts from the day your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and securely wrapped. 

Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returns or exchanges.

Bespoke products and spectacle lenses are exempt from returns.

Important note for Non UK Customers

Please ensure you understand the impact of any local regulations regarding customs, VAT, import duty and excise charges.

Retrospecced will not be responsible for any charges incurred in this respect and also for any import charges related to product returns.

in the event of Retrospecced incurring any charges for customer returns, these charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
