Spring has Sprung finally – is it just us, or does it feel like this winter has been exceptionally long?
For that springtime refresh we’re going to inject some colour through your ultimate accessory. When it comes to this time of year we often look to colour to liven up our outfit and to reflect what is happening around us. The trees are starting to see some colour again, the sky is less of a murky grey colour and the sun is starting to improve the British mood ten-fold. It is a well-known fact* that Brits with sunglasses on are happier people (especially if they happen to be in a beer garden at the same time).
*don't ask us to verify that one
Here are some shades and frames that are sure to put a spring in your step this Spring/Summer…
Yellow
It’s the colour of the sun and known to be one of the happiest colours, so it is almost impossible to be left feeling blue when walking around with these bad boys on. Fagilo by Mad In Italy is a bright and vibrant frame.

Coral
Living Coral is Pantone’s colour of the year this year, and we can see why…

Greens
One of our favourite things about this time of year is going for a walk and seeing how the trees coming in to bud are changing daily. Green really is the colour of spring, and we love how green frames can brighten up our day. What do you think?

Oranges
Whether the lenses themselves or the frame colour, orange seems to have made a splash on the runway this season. This aviator frame has warm orange tones with gold metal sides. Take a closer look at 7530 Aviator glasses.

Metallic
Metallics are a great way to add a different element to your look. From gold, silver to rose gold we have you covered. Metallics are naturally unisex colours and come in a whole variety of shapes.
Whatever your style, don’t be afraid to wear some colour! Whatever your spring style, we've got some fabulous frames that will suit you here at Retrospecced - and they're all upcycled, so it's guilt-free sustainable fashion!
